Support for IBM JES2 Output Class Compress feature in CDP

Because of limitation of the IBM zCDP Log Forwarder, Customer cannot fully used IBM JES2 Output Class Compress feature to reduce Spool usage in their environment. At the moment they need to use uncompressed Output Classes for Outputs that need to be forwarded via zCDP Log Forwarder. This introduces a need for different configurations of STC or JOBs Output classes that will be processed by zCDP Log Forwarder, that will make their environment configuration more complex. Also, they will need to make some more adjustments to their SPOOL cleaning and JOB/STC offload policies. Most significant business impact for customer is that it is not possible to fully use JES2 Spool reduction via JES2 Output class compress feature.
