Addition of Mainframe Character Set (CP1027) in JDK 11

IBM Java 6 which comes along with WebSphere 7 is having support for character set: CP1027. But In Java 8 or 11 this character set support is not there. When Java 11 is used to connect Mainframe zOS DB2, sometimes its failing with the following exception.

java.nio.charset.UnsupportedCharsetException: Cp1027

at java.base/java.nio.charset.Charset.forName(Charset.java:529)

at com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.t.<init>(t.java:13)

at com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.s.a(s.java:12)

at com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.o.a(o.java:428)

.Various codepages that were provided with IBM SDK, Java Technology Edition, Version 8 to support character encodings are no longer available in IBM Semeru Runtime Certified Edition for z/OS releases. If your application relies on one of these codepages, consider switching to an ICU4J Unicode-based charset instead: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/semeru-runtime-ce-z/11?topic=compatibility-determining-application-code-page-support

Need CP1027 for Linux and Windows. Actually the problem is happening for Java code running as Microservice in Linux and Windows systems.

.Checking to verify with original submitter that we are looking for CP1027 in the distributed environment (versus in the z.OS environment).
