ZFile API - include switching user security profile in a thread with a userID provided in the API call

MVS dataset could be configured with a access profile.

For a user connection to our server, the functionality to access on dataset and USS file is performed with the connection's user security using pthread_security_np(applid) (dedicated thread or process).

It's good if zFile API could be done with an optional parameter to access a dataset with a user security profile, it helps to remove the need to apply the mechanism around switching to user security profile every time we call the zFile API.

Put it with low priority as the switching mechanism is in place at our application level.

I am retracting this idea due to the security complication implication based on the what we have been done to achieve the desired functionality (of executing the zFile with a specific-user security profile), which probably would be existing if it is implemented in zFile API that the switching to a user security profile would require the user credential, which is usually would not be considered as a common argument/parameter to a common API such as zFile.

    Thank you.
