Liberty z/OS - identity propagation for ctg - Case sensitivity issue

I would like to request to give Liberty z/OS a new property to upper case user IDs. 

WebSphere traditional sends the user IDs always in upper letters and while migrating the applications to Liberty z/OS, we are facing problems when the user log in the applications with mixed or lower case letters. 

For example if the web-application is calling one transaction in CICS and there is not a certificate involved in this call. The web-application credentials (userid) are passed to CICS. (identity propagation) in the case letters that the user typed in the login screen of the web-applications. So, the Liberty z/OS sends it with lower of mixed case letters if the user types it in this way in the login screen.

    Christiana,

    Did you configure identity propagation for CTG using the instructions from this documentation page? It may have missed it in the support tickets, but I couldn't definitively conclude that is what you configured and I would like to be certain we aren't working on incorrect assumptions.
