MVS native dataset access (PDS, PDSE, seq)

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Many z/OS USS commands use this technique for allocating and accessing MVS native datasets (PDS, PDSE, seq):

Node.js should also have this capability.

ZOAU has 2 pre-reqs to use with Node.js, so this is even more open source to get approved.

    https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/zoau/1.3.0

If the capability was in Node.js it would be much easier to get it installed at a customer.

ZOAU (z/OS Open Automation Utilities) provides the native dataset access functions requested already. It is a z/OS bypassable requisit with no-charge license and S&S.

Is there any additional benefit to add this capability to Node.js?
