    Returning for more information. We need to understand the problem with the current function before committing to any decision. Some questions:
    - Is the current process to complicated or takes too much time?
    - Are there other products (not OMEGAMON) that have a process that is better?
    - What tool, if any, is used when applying a PTF?
    - If there was a 'one button' apply, what steps would it replace?
    By understanding the true pain point of the PTF apply process, then we might be able to consider some solutions.
