TEPS Tape Drives workspace needs to show offline tape

The TEPS Tape Drives workspace currently only displays the online devices. When a known device should be displaying but isn't is the only way to know this device is offline. We need to be able to display that a tape device has gone offline, not remove it from the list of tapes displayed.

    Product family - zSeries Software
    Product - Tivoli OMEGAMON XE on z/OS

    For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Tivoli
    Product family - Performance Monitoring
    Product - Tivoli OMEGAMON XE on z/OS

    This capability is provided in the OMEGAMON XE for Storage product already.    This capability is not going to be added to OMEGAMON XE on z/OS and I would encourage the requester to evaluate the OMEGAMON XE for Storage product which leverages this and other critical Storage monitoring and availability for operations.

    This may not be clear but the product in question is Omegamon z/OS and the platform in question is z/OS and our portal is on Windows.
