Control who will be proxy of proxies, in an environment where there are several sysplex (each one with his own proxy)

There is no way to control which Sysplex Proxy TEMS becomes (or can become) the PLEXVIEW proxy. It is done on a first arrive first serve basis. Every Sysplex proxy TEMS checks on a regular basis to see if there is a PLEXVIEW proxy. If there isn't, it tries to become the PLEXVIEW proxy. So, when a TEMS that is the PLEXVIEW proxy goes away, the next sysplex proxy TEMS that does the check will become the PLEXVIEW proxy. There's no possibility to exclude some of the sysplex proxy to be candidate as PLEXVIEW proxy.

    Please note that as stated in the PMR associated to this RFE (46975,200,838) the customer already knows how to exclude a certain system from becoming sysplex proxy, but if all the systems of a sysplex are excluded then the sysplex view of this sysplex is lost, despite all their systems are managed by the same TEMS HUB. So the customer would like a way to exclude some systems from becoming the sysplex proxy but without loosing the sysplex view of these systems.
