Need to remove the limit of 15 columns on the SORTCOLS statement

RFE related to TOM, opened on Omegamon for z/OS because it owns the BASE functions

SORTCOLS statement has a limit of 15 columns, as they told us in PMR. If you need to have more than 15 cols the only way up to now is to specify SORTCOLS=ALL.
But this could lead to have more sortable columns than you need, and in the PMR they explained us that adding unnecessary columns to the SORTCOLS statement will add additional overhead.
So we think the product should be enhanced in order to let the user specify more than 15 columns, but not ALL if not all are needed.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - zSeries Software
Product - Tivoli OMEGAMON XE on z/OS

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Tivoli
    Product family - Performance Monitoring
Product - Tivoli OMEGAMON XE on z/OS

We can expand the number of SORTCOLS in the future for customers to use. The current limit is due to the amount of cpu overhead added as more SORTCOLS gets beyond 16 used in a workspace. Internally we will not use more than 16 but if a customer wants to accept the extra CPU for using more than 16 we will allow them to use it in the future.
