Omegamon enhancements

Add “OR” logic for View By “HLQ” (both “Dataset” and “All Datasets”);

Please update the KB/MB/GB conversion for summarization (1000 vs 1024). Add a parameter in the Configuration Manager to change this for data collection.

Add KB (Kilobytes) fields for the Allocated/Used/Unused/Wasted fields (for datasets metrics and for HLQ)

On the View By “All Datasets HLQ”, show information about ML1 and ML2 (so MCDS will have a summary of them, but they will be shown as separate entities).

Allow changing the Job Card for “Export” from View By “Dataset”.

Add "KB total space uncompressed" and "KB total space compressed" for the MCDS ML1 and ML2.
