Allow the Use of default Session Template files

With the focus on enhancing security we have enabled TLS on the server side (z/OS & IBM i systems). We would like to be able to have some session Link parameter defaults changed so that user created "New" sessions default to use TLS/992 instead of port 23. This could be achieved by allowing the Administrator to provide 3270 & 5250 .WS template files, as is already done with keyboard mapping (pcswinkb3.kmp & pcswinkb5.kmp files). Although these are the only parameters needed at the moment, I'm sure other parameter default overrides would be welcomed by other customers.

    The requested feature is already available in PCOMM. Hence rejecting this RFE

    The requirement is to add below 2 parameter to have it in template(PCSINST.ws$) file and that should apply to new creating session

    1) security tab enable Key(Security=Y)
    2) Secure port Key (HostPortNumber=992),

    Both the keywords are already available.
    We tried both parameters by adding them into the template and launching a new session, both the keywords are working.
    The feature is already available in PCOMM.
