PCOMM's FTP Client to provide translation support EBCDIC/ASCII

To use IBM Personal Communications FTP Client and the capability to be able to specify translation table from ASCII to EBCDIC and EBCDIC to ASCII according to standard codepages being used within PCOM 3270 Emulation. Selectable ASCII codepages should be ISO 8859, windows codepage (e.g. 1252) or PC-DOS (e.g. 850).
