Add more screen size options to the pull-down choices.

Can we add 51x133 and 62x142 screen size options to the pull-down choices? The options available are a bit “odd” when working in certain mainframe applications, like TSO/ISPF, which outside of green-screen CICS. For examples, 27x132 gives poor height but decent width. 62x160 gives good height but a bit too wide. Not many users know how to change the screen size value in the WS files. Plus, if we open the session parameters dialog, it will reset the screen size to one of the pre-defined values.
