Convert old Raster fonts into TTF fonts

I would like to see the remaining raster fonts that are in the PCOMM font list to be converted into True Type Fonts (TTF) to accomplish a few things:


1) This would allow enabling of the font change option on a maximinzed window (in line with what other emulators I have used do)

2) This would allow any font which is chosen to fill the screen properly, and scale.

    A preliminary evaluation of this request indicates that it is consistent with our business strategy. Further evaluation of this RFE is underway.

    In addition, True Type Fonts such as Lucida Console and MS Gothic should fill the screen properly and scale when the emulator window is maximized just like PComm Session font does.
