Add support of LIKE in the ENTRY declaration (to reuse the structure of the data declaration)

Today changes in the parameters to an external entry must always be coded twice, in the entry declaration as well as in the data declaration.

To avoid this redundancy we would like to have LIKE available to use in the entry declaration, so that we can reuse the structure of the data declaration.

the type solution works fine for scalars, but this would help with structures

    i haven't been aware of the "... entry(1 (0:9), 2 char(1), ..." syntax!
to achieve something similar i usually define a type and use "... entry(type my_type).." which is imho also more readable.
but i haven't thought about any pros and cons of the other solution.
