Add support of assigning all values to a defined structure at once

We would like to be able to assign all values to a defined structure at once.
So we would like to get the use of the VALUE function enhanced in assignments like shown below.

    We are not planning to do this item partly because of where we want to spend our resources but also because 1) the ability to do this essentially exits already as per Johann's suggestion and also via the specified "old" code and 2) adding this feature not only makes the language more complicated but it also introduces a construct that could easily lead to problem when new elements were added to such a defined struct.

    This would be cool!
    The obvious workaround (i just post it for further discussion):

    definedStruct = DefinedStruct__value('Alex', 44);

    DefinedStruct__value: proc(name, age) returns(type definedStruct);
    dcl name char...
    dcl age ...
    dcl ret type definedStruct;
    ret.name = name; ret.age = age;
    return(ret);
    end DefinedStruct__value;
