Add new XML-related attributes XMLNAME and XMLIGNORE

We would like the following 2 new XML-related attributes:

XMLNAME, similar to JSONNAME, which would provide the ability to specify the name of the XML tag generated by XMLCHAR.

XMLIGNORE, which would provide XMLCHAR the ability to completely ignore a variable in the generated XML.

    This has been delivered via PTFs to the 5.2 and 5.3 compilers and to the run-time. It will be documented when the books are updated.

    While using a structure (probably with LIKE) would work for this, it is very easy to implement and simpler for the user

    The function of the suggested attribute XLMIGNORE is probable better done by assigning/read the values to a structure that has only that desired values. the structure dcl

    The XMLNAME attribute that you would like is available in the 5.3 release
