Increase length limit for SYSPARM option

Please increase the length limit for SYSPARM from 64 characters to 1000 characters (as for COPYRIGHT option).

Please provide this enhancement in the versions 5.3 and 5.2 as well.

    This has been delivered via PTFs to 5.2 and 5.3. The limit is now 1023

    The limit of 64 is now antiquated and should be changed

    It might be harder to implement, but may I suggest that changing the "SYSPARM" compiler option to one that can look for one (or even more?) DDnames might be more flexible, i.e. sysparm(+DD:ALL[,+DD:TEST...]), just as the PARM to invoke the compiler already does.
