Please add new compiler messages for REPATTERN to avoid runtime errors with IBM0517S if the source date (3rd argument) has another length than the date pattern (1st argument) in the following cases:

- Add an S-level message if the source date has shorter length than the date pattern and the pattern has no zero suppression.

- Add an W-level message if the source date is longer than the date pattern, something like “Date …. is longer than the source pattern … which leads to an runtime error if excess characters are not formed by leading blanks.”
