Annotation for paddings within char varying array

With use of RULES(NOPADDING) the compiler issues a message saying the structure has padding, but when you look in the aggregate listing, you see no indications of any padding.
The paddings are within an char varying array with odd length.
In this case the compiler should also make the annotation /* padding */ (one word for single search of all paddings) in the line before or after the char varying array.
