Need more control on where a program is polling for ATTENTION interrupt

When %PROCESS INTERRUPT is specified, the compiler is automatically generating ATTENTION interrupt polling at labels, loops iterations, end of blocks, ...
Polling for ATTENTION interrupt is done by calling IBMQEATN

L r15,=V(IBMQEATN)(,r3,4)
BASR r14,r15

For performance reasons (tight loops), I would like to be able to specify exactly where ATTENTION interrupt polling is to be generated.
So instead of specifying %PROCESS INTERRUPT, I would like to have a built-in function (PLIATTN() ?) which I could call exactly where I think it's most efficient in my code.

A PLIATTN built-in subroutine could indeed provide this
