Allow assignments with UNION if they are equal

Allow assignments with UNION if they are equal.

Small Example:
PLI003: PROC OPTIONS(MAIN);

DCL 1 ST_01 UNION,
5 DATC CHAR(10),
5 DATB BIN FIXED(15);

DCL 1 ST_02 LIKE ST_01;

ST_02 = ST_01;

END PLI003;

IBM1669I Target in assignment is a UNION.

or with more complex Structures:
IBM1674I Target in assignment contains UNIONs.

So IF the UNIONS are also equal, it should do the assignment.

    Does that cover the (pathological) case were two structures are the same, but different, i.e.

    DCL 1 ST_01 UNION,
    5 DATC CHAR(10),
    5 DATB BIN FIXED(15);

    DCL 1 ST_02 UNION,
    5 DATB BIN FIXED(15),
    5 DATC CHAR(10);

    I'd suggest that it's made a requirement that the second (third, fourth etc) structure must be declared as "LIKE the_first".

    That's OK for us.

    the support will be limited to simple assignments (i.e. u1, u2 = u3; will not be supported) and any unions in the source and the target will be required to have constant and equal extents as well as matching data attributes and matching alignment (so that a simple data copy can be done)
