New BUILTIN for do an encrypted TEXT zone

We could have a BUILTIN that would encrypt a text zone. This new buitin would have two parameters, the text area and the encryption code like SHA-256. We would be integrated into PL1 and we would use the possibilities of the Mainframe. Currently we have to do this in java.
