Allow FILLER in structures, like COBOL does.

Please allow the keyword FILLER to be used in structures without having to name them so they are unique.

Presently each field must have a unique field name.

1 MYSTRUCTURE UNALIGNED,
2 FILLER1 CHAR(1) INIT('"'),
2 FIELD1 CHAR(10),
2 FILLER2 CHAR(3) INIT('","'),
2 FIELD2 CHAR(10),
2 FILLER3 CHAR(3) INIT('","'),
2 FIELD3 CHAR(10),
2 FILLER4 CHAR(1) INIT('"');

Proposed:

DECLARE
1 MYSTRUCTURE UNALIGNED,
2 FILLER CHAR(1) INIT('"'),
2 FIELD1 CHAR(10),
2 FILLER CHAR(3) INIT('","'),
2 FIELD2 CHAR(10),
2 FILLER CHAR(3) INIT('","'),

as noted in the comment below, there is no need for this since filler fields can already be given * as a name

Enterprise PL/I already allows the use of * as the equivalent of COBOL's FILLER, and with the above pre-processor procedure you can use FILLER...
