support JSONOMIT for structures

Using the attribute JSONOMIT does not work on structures, only on variables. Therefore it is possible that there will be created null-objects if all variables of a structure are empty.

To avoid empty objects (null-Objects --> :{}) and related Problems (i.e. if empty/null-Objects are not allowed on server, like empty variables (--> :"")), it would be useful to remove (or not create) empty objects - by using JSONOMIT on structure level too, or another/new attribute.

A second reason is, to reduce the payload of created JSON-String, if empty objects are removed/not created.
