Allow un-named elements in JSON text

Enable an option to allow parsing of JSON text that contains elements that are not declared in the target structure. Currently this results in an error when using jsonGetValue builtin function.

IBM0725S ONCODE=5065 Name in JSON source does not match that in the target.

As industry practice dictates, new names can be added to any JSON output at any time and should be tolerated by the calling application. This should be considered a non-breaking change for applications calling that service. Based on this, I believe there is a need for the Name condition to be ignored. In order to support existing applications, the default behavior should not be changed and this will need to be implemented using some option. It could be a compiler option.

This error is causing us to constantly update code unnecessarily simply to keep up with changes by the invoked web service API. We are not interested in the new fields in the JSON response, however we must update our code to match in order to prevent the error.

This was delivered in the 6.1 compiler via the new PARSE(V2) suboption of the JSON compiler option the compiler APAR/PTF was PH55298/UI92507 and requires a library update as well.
