JSONPUT generate special value null

Please provide the ability to generate keyword ‘null’ when a value is empty.
Suggest a new attribute JSONNULL or similar. This would be mutually exclusive of JSONOMIT but could use the same criteria – empty/zero-length string or zero. Alternatively, a null indicator could be implemented similar to DB2 interactions.

A compile parm would not work since the same program (and even the same JSON) could have different rules for how to handle empty values as either null or empty or omitted.

This should also apply to arrays.
JSONOMIT might produce:

{“myArray” : [ ] }

While JSONNULL might produce

{“myArray” : null }

    We could add a JSONNULL attribute to support this, and yes, it should conflict with JSONOMIT
