Add new SQUEEZE built-in function replace all multiple occurrences of a character to one

We have code in place e.g. to replace multiple blanks by one. In addition we see a potential for translating other characters like ‘-‘, ‘”' in tags, XML strings etc.

So we would like to get a new built-in function such as SQUEEZE(string, character[,n]) built-in function:
- With optional n as starting position – default is 1.
- Returning the full string – independent from the starting position of the replacement.

Delivered as part of APAR PI75582 / PTF UI44364

This also requires the appropriate PTF for library APAR PI75594

Along with SQUEEZE, a new MEMSQUEEZE built-in function is delivered as well. Plus a COLLAPSE built-in function (that is the same as SQUEEZE except it also trims leading and trailing copies of the selected character) and a MEMCOLLAPSE built-in function are also provided.
