Exctended Source Code Margins

Our developers gave us the requirement to be able to have source Code longer than 72 chars (as long as possible) for packages and generated code with rdz, as they are used to have long lines in java they also want them for PL/1.

Our margins are currently set from 2 to 72 and we are processing 80 characters.

I read the documentation and found this:

The column number of the rightmost character (last data byte) that is
processed by the compiler. It should be greater than m, but must not exceed
200, except under MVS batch where it must not exceed 100.

As we don't want to differ between batch and online this is not good for us, because for the developers 30 chars is really nothing.

I would suggest to have the possibility of having up to 500 chars (batch and online) in one line would be enough for all future things.

this would be useful (and make batch match USS), but it would require an option to allow the longer lengths since then the SYSPRINT will have to be opened with an LRECL > 137
