Map EGL BasicRecords to java byte arrays when calling ExternalType functions.

Provide a way to pass EGL structured records to java when calling External Type functions.
EGL BasicRecords should be mapped to java byte arrays (or java.nio.ByteBuffer instances wrapping them)

JavaLib.invoke supports passing basicRecords as parameters (and maps them to java byte arrays).
We need the same kind of support when calling External Type functions.
We need to pass EGL records as parameters to java methods as wel as return them to EGL from java.
Preferably , EGL BasicRecords should be passed to java by reference

The main reasons we want to use external types instead of javaLib.invoke().
- External Types give much cleaner EGL code
- Accessing Java through ExternalTypes is a lot faster
- JavaLib.invoke is actually maintained for compatibility only (or, as the EGL help on Java access functions put it: 'The Java? access functions are EGL system functions that you use to access local Java objects and classes through your Java code. Specifically, these functions access the public methods, constructors, and fields of the local code. These are older functions that EGL maintains for compatibility with earlier versions. For new code, use the more powerful ExternalType syntax'

We agree with this requirement. It will be considered as a candidate for our next release of RBD.
