Use of Date, Time, and Timestamp in EGL and DB2

Add the possibility to create user defined Exits on different data types. This functionality must be available for at least the following data types; Date, Time and Timestamp.

The Build Descriptor would name the Exit programs.

The customers must write the Exit based on definite parameter list exposed by IBM.

The Exit would convert an EGL empty value in one format into a DB2 empty in another format when inserting/updating and reverse the value when a read is done.

The Exit must be available in all target environments and also in the RBD debugger.
