Allow "Task tags" to be used in the EGL editors

Add the ability to enter "Task tag" comments in the EGL Rich UI and EGL editor. A task tag acts like a bookmark in the code, allowing you to return to a specific location in your code to complete some work. All task tags show up in the "Tasks" view so you can see a list. Some examples are TODO: and FIXME: Several of the editors have this capability now, e.g., css, html, Java. Currently you can enter task tags in the EGL editors, but they do not show up in the tasks view.

    Also, although In project properties you can select "Enable searching for Task Tags" the filters available do not include "EGL".

    Note: Although currently you can add "tasks" and "bookmarks" by right-clicking the left margin of source view of an EGL file, these do not survive if you export the source to the file system. What this RFE is asking for allows you to add "//TODO" or "//NOTE" within the source itself. Kendall
