Need for Optional ICN field in RFE Submission Tool

In Accelerated Value Program (Premium Support), we are starting to see increased value of RFEs submitted. It is very difficult for us to chase RFEs which some of the customers expect us to chase. Especially the potential Customer names seems to be not based on any specific standard we have in our AVP contracts. REQUEST TO HAVE OPTIONAL ICN (IBM CUSTOMER NUMBER) - to allow the customers who want us to follow up with it. Otherwise customers are suggesting the use of PMR ID which we don't want to misuse, and which deserves it own reason for existence. PLEASE HELP WITH THIS RFE, ASAP PLEASE.
Asking for a mandatory field cannot be too complicated, we hope.
