Allow more properties to be set on the DojoDateTextBox

1) The date displayed in a DojoDateTextBox is always aligned to the left. It would be useful to expose an alignment property so that this could be changed at design time

2) As of RBD 8.0.1.2 a "down arrow" is displayed to the right of the date that allows you to select a date from a calendar. Unfortunately the down arrow also appears when the DojoDateTextBox is in "read only" mode. It would be better if the down arrow did not show at all when the field is read only.

We have evaluated this request and determined that it cannot be implemented at this time.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Programming Languages
    Product - Business Developer

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Rational
Product family - Design & development
    Product - Business Developer

We agree with the first requirement - it would be good to expose the Dojo alignment property on the DojoDateTextBox and other similar widgets. We will consider this in our planning for future releases, but we do not have a near-term plan for implementation.

For the second request, hiding the down arrow when in read-only mode, this behavior is coming from Dojo, and it would not be easy for us to override it. So we are rejecting that requirement.

Note that you can use CSS (cascading style sheets) to get the desired behavior for both of these cases.
