AA EGL RTL support children of a widget with RTL

This issue is kind of generic, It's regarding the RTL support, Unlike the HTML, the children of a widget with RTL orientation does NOT always inherit the orientation, most of it has its default LTR settings,
that means, when we want to present a screen in RTL orientation, we have to change the settings of all its children and sub-children to maintain the design.
