EGLSDK to generate service configuration files in the same way as EGLCMD and Ant scripts

This was previously raise as Case number TS014714157, where it was suggested to raise it as an RFE, for inclusion in the next release.

EGLSDK does not generate essential configuration files, needed to call EGL services.
1. generate -generateFile XxxWeb.egldd should generate a XxxWeb-uri.xml file for Web services defined in the Service Deployment tab of the egldd file of an EGL Web project, but it doesn't.
2. generate -generateFile XxxWeb.egldd should generate a xxxweb-bnd.xml file for Web services defined in the Service Bindings tab of the egldd file of an EGL Web project, but it doesn't.
3. deploy -deploymentDescriptorFile XxxRUI.egldd should generate a XxxRUI-bnd.js file for Web services defined in the Service Bindings tab of the egldd file of an EGL RUI project, but it doesn't.
