Explanory error message in debug when called prog is not found

1.1 Current situation
----------------------
We're debugging our EGL Programs using the STOREDPROCEDURE linkage option for programs that are available on z/OS.
When a program is called remotely, but the load is not found the following error occurs:
The following problem occurred while debugging an EGL program:

egl.core.InvocationException: EGL0150E An error occurred calling the XFAILX program.
Error: EGL2114E An error occured calling a remote program on the host. An error occurred
in program ELACSVD7, function ELACSV-MAIN An error occurred in program ELACSVD7 on
statement number 1 Invocation exception
EGL0002I The error occurred in the locProg program processing the callIt function.
EGL0002I The error occurred in the locProg program processing the callIt function.

This type of exception can be caught in a try/onException block.
Do you want to continue debugging?

1.2 Requested enhancement
--------------------------
We request a more detailed error message/advanced errorcodes/... so that we can more easily detect why the call has failed.
At this moment we can only guess what is causing the call to fail. (Being the module not in the steplib of the Stored Procedure Address Space is only one of the possibilities).

There's no way if distinguishing between a load module not found and other errors.

We wish to have some kind of log on z/OS or error codes that clarify what exactly went wrong during the call.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Programming Languages
    Product - Business Developer

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Rational
Product family - Design & development
    Product - Business Developer

Unfortunately, the EGL runtime does not get any additional information back from the system when this type of error occurs. One thing we can do is to enhance our error message by adding the name of the program that
