Change XMI Defaults for properties

When we create a new Dynamic Web Project with Websphere as ?Target Runtime? environment (see screenshots 2.1), a certain set of default properties are set in Webcontent/WEB-INF/ibm-web-ext.xmi (see screenshot 2.2). At KBC, we wish to have different default values so that the developer no longer needs to manually overrule them. The manual approach is prone for errors, and might result in the application to be running with wrong settings at runtime.

We request a way of changing the defaults properties of the XMI-files.
We are especially interested in the values for:
- reloadingEnabled (our default is false)
- fileServingEnabled (our default is false)
- serveServletsByClassnameEnabled (our default is false)

Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us; However, your request for enhancement is not currently aligned with our product strategy and vision and we have no plans to address your request in the near future.
