Get rid of the priority macrostructures

To declare relative placements of blocks in screen programs, the user has to create special macrostructures that have priority over other macrostructures. The users consider ?priority macrostructures? as something hard to maintain, hard to understand and finally not practical. The user would like to be able to insert code at relative positions without having to create priority macrostructure, as it was possible in Pacbase.
