Check for inconsistency in the list of macrostructure calls

Currently, the user can create two identical calls of the same macrostructures in a program. This makes the two macrostructure calls to be ignored. This is error prone, because the user do not always see that two calls are identical. New controls should be added in the design editors of programs to alert the user as soon as two macrostructure calls are identical.
