RPP - tooltip during insertion of a macrostructure

When a user wants to add a macrostructure in a program (?-CP?) and enhance the settings, it would be nice to have a tooltip for each parameter with explanations.

This would help the entry.

    We have evaluated this request and determined that it cannot be implemented at this time because there is already a "Comment" button in -CP that raises automatically macro comment tab where usually parameters are described. As there's no formalism for parameters description in macros, we unfortunately cannot propose more than that.
