Voir la possibilité de s'interfacer avec un vrai traitement de texte (Microsoft Word ou autre).
Les traitements de texte modernes utilisent un format interne XML (exemple .docx), RPP utilise aussi un format interne XML... il doit y avoir moyen de faire une passerelle entre RPP et un traitement de texte par des transformations XML.

Une solution bien pratique serait de s'interfacer avec un logiciel externe installé sur le poste, (limité à une liste de logiciels standards les plus courant).
Le stockage interne de RPP étant XML, et les logiciels comme Microsoft Word ou les différentes déclinaisons d'OpenOffice travaillant aussi en XML, il devrait être possible de faire des conversions à la volée entre le format RPP et le format du logiciel de traitement de texte.
