Implement line number recognition in macros

We need the ability to use line numbers when merging macro code and specific code together.

    This is a strong limitation of RPP in comparison with Pacbase coming from the fact that during the merge stage of the generation :
    1) we don't have any information about the specific code,
    2) the identifier of each specific line of code in a program has been lost during the migration step.

    There are several options to resolve this issue with more or less impact on what a developer needs to do in order to find back the same behavior as in Pacbase, which is now under consideration.
