Add more controls of overlapping fields in screen descriptions

When two fields in a screen are overlapping, this can lead to a malfunctionning program after generation.

Currently, RPP does not detect the fact that two fields are overlapping, so the user has no way to know that the screen he is designing is wrong.

This a bug that has been recognize and will be solved by adding a control in the screen simulation feature.

This is a good news, but it is considered not enough. If the user do not execute de screen simulation, then, he has no chance to be aware of the overlapping field problem.

So, to go further, the tool should add controls of overlapping fields at other places, for example :
- Directly in the screen editor itself.
- At generation time.
- In the migration process.

Maybe this is not the right places that are listed here. The exact places were the test is performed are not what is really important.

The important thing is to maximise the chance that the user will see the problem before the test of the screen.
