Lorsqu'une ressource est appelée en organisation "2" en -CD
d'un programme, il y a génération d'indicateurs associés à
chaque host-variables.
Ces indicateurs peuvent être utilisés lors d'un FETCH de
curseurs et sont alors alimentés par DB2.
Cependant en cas de ressource avec ruptures, les indicateurs
sont alimentés en même temps que les hosts-variables, mais
ils ne sont pas "doublonnés" comme les hosts-variables, et
la gestion de la lecture d'avance ne les sauvegarde pas
dans une autre structure.
Cela induit un décalage entre les hosts-variables "1-*" et
les indicateurs "V-*" associés, les rendant inutilisables,
tant pour les lectures que pour une réutilisation dans le
cadre d'un UPDATE ou DELETE CURRENT CURSOR.

Ce problème existe aussi pour les accès "multi-rows", et
existe certainement aussi dans Rational Patterns
Programming.
