Generated Code Structure to Show Parameter of *! patterns

RPP all Versions
We use RPP Generated Code Structure for Overall orientation in a program / Screen and for structuring and Navigation.

For orientation the function / subfunction structure is very helpful.

But when using micro pattern with *!... the micro pattern is shown and the number associated to it like *!OPE_55.
Given a program with multiple files it would be helpfull to know which file is referenced with e.g. *!OPE_55_P2.
As the micro pattern is called with e.g. *!OPE "P2" it would be helpful to see this also in the generated code structure.
