Need programs -CD, screens -CS, -CE, report -D, -CE to be fully expanded at editor opening

With current version (RPP 9.5), after the opening of a program entity in the design editor, the -CD description is folded. Users reported they would like to have the -CD description directly fully expanded by default. Same for -CE and -CS in screens and -D and -CE in reports. They explained that the very first action they do each time they go to the -CD description after opening of a program is : right click and select "Expand all". Based on our users preferences, we propose to reverse the default state of -CD expansion in future releases : having these descriptions fully expanded by default.
In case IBM receives other opinions on this topic, then, we suggest to implement a new user preference, one option beeing to have these descriptions fully expanded at opening, other options beeing what other users may request.
For our organisation, we request having all these descriptions fully expanded after opening, we do not actually ask for a preference, but we understand IBM may choose this more flexible proposal which can also could fit our needs.
