New 32 byte TIMESTAMP element format

DB2 allows a timestamp value of up to 12 digits following the decimal point for higher precision in timestamps. RPP currently has a data element format TS which generates as a PIC X(26) based on a 6-digit fractional second portion of the DB2 timestamp. We would like to see a new format added which would generate as PIC X(32) to allow the full 12 digits fractional second option. Perhaps a new name of TS12, as example. No change to the existing TS format PIC X(26) is needed.
