Generate FROM/INTO db2_view in a pacprogram from dataagregate -gg

The standards are to use the generation of SQL EXEC statements from the -gg of dataagregate. The purpose is also to specify the -gg "a minima", usually the WHERE clause.

Work is underway to bring programs that do not use this generation back up to standard.

We have two cases:
- one dataagregate for the table and one dataagregate for the view
- a single dataagregate for both the table and the view, this is the case we have a problem with.

In a pacscreen, the OBJ column in -cs specifies whether to access the table (T) or the view (V) and the generator links the dataagregate to the pacblockbase to find the table name or the view name.

But, in a pacprogram, there does not seem to be an equivalent in the -cd to OBJ column.

For the moment, we use this solution : add the FROM DB2_view clause in -gg of the segment, but then the OBJ column in -cs is no longer useful.

We think having a column "Obj" in pacprogram -cd, as in pacscreen -cs will be very useful for the developers.
