Add possibility to use override=suspend in SMU

Hello,

In the 'classic' 3270 interface, to stop or start a subsystem (INGREQ), it is possible to use OVERRIDE=SUS (suspend).

In Service Management Unite this option is not available but we want to use this for the following scneario:

We have a movegroup with 2 basis groups. These basis groups contain several applications.

During maintenance colleagues suspend the movegroup so they can manipulate the individual applications without interference from SA. If we want to stop or start a subsystem within these groups we used to specify OVERRIDE=SUS on the INGREQ panel. As we want  to move to SMU we have to convince our colleagues to use SMU instead of the 'old' panels.

But to convince them to use SMU, SMU must have at least the same functionality, but preferably more or better.

At the moment this option is not available, so the colleagues can't and won't use SMU for these kind of scenarios.

So we would like (need) to have this same override functionality as currently available in INGREQ!
